Per your Documents, your Association Fees are due on the 1st day of each month. Association Fees shall be considered late if they are not received by the 15th day of the month due. At that time, you will incur a late fee of $10.00 plus 18% interest on the delinquent amounts in excess of $500.00.
Statements and invoices are not provided, however, for those that have provided us with their email address, you will receive a courtesy email reminder about 10 days prior to the due date each month.

There is a convenience fee of $1.50 for E-checks and 3.5% for Credit Cards.

Return the form and a VOID check to us and we will get you set up. Your payment will be scheduled to be deducted from your Bank account on the 5th day of the month due. There is no charge for this service.
